The list of libraries on page Configuration in the WAR Product editor should have a context menu. It should offer similar functionalitiy as the menu from the "Plug-ins and fragments" list:
A "Remove" menu item would remove the library from the list
There could also be an "Open" or "Show" menu item that would select the library in the Package Explorer/Navigation View/Project Explorer (not sure how to pick the right view)
