Most of the tests from org.eclipse.rap.warproduct.core.test that involve file access fail on Windows

Fix for most of the tests

The approach is quick and dirty and needs refinement/refactoring.
WARProductModelTest#testWrite seems to fail because of a difference caused by whitespaces or tabs
WARProductInitializerTest#testValidInitialization still fails (see bug 322084)

Thanks for your patch. I took parts of it for a more sophisticated solution. Fixed in CVS HEAD.

Based on this statement, the patch should probably be marked iplog+ and included as a contribution in the IP Log.
