I would like that eclipse have multiple workspaces - like Visual C++ Studio
(Microsoft). It would be much helpful. In this way the projects would not be
mixed anymore.

When you say "the projects would not be mixed anymore", do you mean in the 
Navigator or Package Explorer view?  Working Sets can be used to filter the 
set of projects you see at one time.
