Build Identifier: rev 1098

When installing tcf agent with the current build system, the client isn't installed in the bin directory. The tcf-client is necessary to be able to script tcf. It is better if it's installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make install
2. The client isn't added to the bin directory
