We need a freeze plan for the Helios RC1 release (3.6.1)

Kim, the last M-build I see is M20100728-0800. Was there no maintenance build this week? If not, then M20100728 will need to be our RC1 build I suppose (Aug. 9). RC1 is just a warmup build for the release train process.

Here is a draft 3.6.1 freeze plan. Currently it is unchanged from the 3.5.1 plan except for the dates to align with Helios SR1 schedule.

The maintenance build is scheduled for Friday this week to allow 3.7M1 builds to proceed.
