Description Zoltan Török CLA 2010-08-05 05:12:19 EDT
Build Identifier: 20100617-1415

I wanted to have a key binding for CVS "compare with latest from HEAD" and "commit" actions.
After several tries I succeeded to set up the key binding for commit, but this works only in the "CVS Repository Exploring" perspective. In other perspectives nothing happened. I tried with the following contexts "Editing Java Source", "Editing Text", "Editing In Structured Text Editors" and "In Windows" contexts
Then I to assigned "Ctrl+Shift+T" to many CVS related commands (all in "Editing Java Source" context). Pressing Ctrl+Shift+T the Key Assist Dialog pops up, but only the "Open Type" command works (regardless of the perspective). The commit works only in the "CVS Repository Exploring"

I have Windows 7 professional 64 bit, Java 1.6.0_20 64bit

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. assign a key binding to CVS commands
2. press the key combination in the Java perspective

Probably a dup of bug 306173.

Yup. Zoltan please upgrade to a build later than 20100627 or wait for 3.6.1 (bug 316875).
