Not specific to Composite Structure Diagram, may be reproduce for instance in Class Diagram with nested Package.

it does not comes from editpart and notifications. It seems to be due to a problem in the method paint...
We have to see with Ansgar to identify this problem

This may be related to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=319191
(and https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=319348).

These are supposed to be solved in the maintenance branch, but the effect on Papyrus is not tested yet.
Note that the temporary fixes done for bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=313985 (related to previous) may also cause issues here.
Comment 4 Yann Tanguy CLA 2012-02-28 12:12:41 EST
Could not reproduce in 0.8 or 0.9.
