To reproduce:
- create a Class diagram
- create a Class and select this Class
- Ctrl+C
- Ctrl+V --> the copy is not placed at the mouse location

The current behaviour if fine by me. It is consistent with other Eclipse tools.

This behavior is coherent with other graphical tools. closing this bug.
