Zip containing report and CSV file

The attached report with flat file data source contains a bar chart which errors with:
Chart (id = 22):
+ Mismatch (10!=8) in dataset count found in stacked runtime series

The chart works fine in BIRT 2.5.2. Furthermore, this is not a stacked bar chart as the error would indicate.
The error was originally discovered using Ingres Vectorwise as a data source, and reproduced on Oracle. I was not able to reproduce it with the Classic Models sample db, so it may be somewhat datasource-related.

This issue can not be reproduce in the latest 2.6.1 build (20100804-0630).

Please have a verify.

I do not see a binary release or a source branch for 2.6.1. I tried building BIRT from the HEAD branch, and hit a lot of errors. Is there a built 2.6.1 release somewhere? Or updated instructions on building? Those which I found were for BIRT 2.1.1 and seemed outdated. Thanks
