Description Silver Zachara CLA 2010-08-03 09:48:05 EDT
Hi,

this bug is annoying, there are few combinations how PDT decide which tab width to use.

For Single line when I press tab is used **Global Preferences - General - Editors - Text Editors - Displayed tab width**
For Single line when I press shift+tab is used **Global Preferences - PHP - Code Style - Formatter - Indentation size**

For Multiline line ( block of code ) when I press tab is used **Global Preferences - PHP - Code Style - Formatter - Indentation size**
For Multiline line ( block of code ) when I press shift+tab is used **Global Preferences - PHP - Code Style - Formatter - Indentation size**

Excepted behavior is ( for single line and multiline ):
When is enabled Project's specific code style, so should be used setting from **Project's Preferences - Code Style - Formatter - Indentation size**
And when isn't enabled Project's specific code style, so should be used setting from **Global Preferences - PHP - Code Style - Formatter - Indentation size**
Comment 1 Roy Ganor CLA 2010-08-04 08:55:48 EDT
can we align all options into one option?
Comment 2 Silver Zachara CLA 2010-08-04 10:22:33 EDT
My point of view is that yes. As I described in **Description**, last 3 lines.
Comment 3 Zhongwei Zhao CLA 2010-08-09 01:07:34 EDT
fixed in head and branch
Comment 4 Kalin CLA 2011-07-28 08:07:43 EDT
