We need to have the portal flag and tracking mechanism on the portal to be setup for Indigo. 

As far as I know, this involve at least the following: 

Adding an "Indigo" flag to the "Simultaneous Release" field.

reset (or create new "category"?) for Indigo tracking on portal. 

create a new "tracking" summary (or, summaries) such as at 
http://eclipse.org/helios/planning/SimultaneousReleaseGrid.php

Another thing that's needed (implied above) is the main Indigo web page directory (with me having permission to write to it). 

Last year, that's where we put the PHP and HTML documents associated with "planning", such as tracking summaries, and the requirements document. 

In CVS (following last year's pattern) that would be a www/helios module in the /cvsroot/org.eclipse repository, 

I'll put the requirements document there ... and assume Eclipse Foundation will do the tracking summary documents (as last year).

I have updated the portal to include "indigo" in the "simultaneousrelease" options.

Webmaster, can you push this out at your earliest inconvenience?

I've pushed the portal live and created /cvsroot/org.eclipse/www/indigo.  Let me know if there are any problems.
