converting line delimiters should mark a file as "changed", undoing conversion should mark the file as "unchanged" again

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a file within the editor
2.select all the text, call "File" / "Convert Line Delimiters To" ...
3.the delimiers are converted, file remains "unchanged"!
4.call "Edit" / "Undo Text Change"
5.the conversion is undone, the file is "changed" now!
