Description Marc-André Laperle CLA 2010-07-31 15:54:58 EDT
From bug 321383:
"On my machine all checkers runs 2-3 milliseconds each. [...] it gets down to 152 ms which is still too much..."

The reason for that I found is in my case it generates lot so problems,
because indexer is not set-up. Marker generation code has to be fixed - it
has various problems right now.

Is this still a problem for people? I haven't noticed it during my development work.

We need to get some updated numbers on how fast it is on large files, say 1K+ lines and varying numbers of problems. I worked frequently with a file with 6K lines and the markers took a long time to update but I'm not sure if the time was mostly spend in the checker or not.
