I will feel happy if following texts would be externalized from plugin.xml in org.eclipse.php.debug.ui

1) "Installed Debuggers" at line 406.

2) "Workbench Options" at line 412.

3) "Step Filtering" at line 431.

If the texts would be i18n-ed, I could localyze preference pages for PHP Debug.

btw,we will not build pdt 2.2 anymore,and now 3.0 is based on head

I can confirm today this issue is fixed with PDT 3.0 build 20110516 .
