Steps to reproduce:
* use an open task from your task list
* schedule it one day in the past
* observe that on editing&saving private notes, a notification popup appears every time.

btw, I had a task scheduled further in the past (more than a month), and it did not happen for it. rescheduling it to yesterday made the bug appear again.

Just scheduling a task for a date in the past also triggers this, even if there are no private notes.
