I tried updating to 3.7 I-build version of Eclipse SDK pre-req, and build failed due to the jsp.core pre-req being too tight. I guess they updated the jdt.core minor version already.

I'll try blindly updating to
 org.eclipse.jdt.core;bundle-version="[3.5.0,3.8.0)",
and we'll see if they changed any of the internals we use from there. (Well, I'm assuming we still use internals, and that's the reason for the tight range ... sure would be nice to be free of those! :)

I've released the change widening the range ... if it can be widened even further, e.g. to 4.0!) please do so.

Also, when I released the project, there were 4 or 5 other unreleased changes that I went ahead and released ... seemed related to job stuff? ... hopefully that was ready (or, at least not too harmful) to release.
