Until now, MoDisco discoverers creates resources in workspace with file uris.
Platform uris are more convenient for client programs.

The ModelUtils services in MoDisco infra layer need to be designed again.

A first refactoring (merging and homogenizing ModelUtils/Tools classes) has been commited.

Not the subject, but during the infra layer refactoring (ModelUtils services), i renamed the AtlLogHandler to MoDiscoLogHandler.

ModelUtils "saveModel" services (4 services) have been deleted, since it does not factorize code compared with direct EMF use ("UTF-8" encoding parameter was not in fact a relevant common behavior).
Code in MoDisco SVN (plugins, incubation, examples, ...) has been refactored.

Commited into SVN : now MoDisco Discoverers provide produce resources with uri of platform kind.
