Description Navid Mehregani CLA 2010-07-30 10:20:12 EDT
Build Identifier:

This is a general placeholder for cleaning up some of the labels in Tigerstripe. Some of the labels are redundant or confusing.

For example, if you right click in TS Explorer > Select New > some of the actions displayed are labeled ‘new Class Diagram’ or ‘new Instance Diagram’. The ‘new’ in the labels are obviously redundant as the user already is selecting ‘New’. (See attached screenshot)

Another example, in the Assocation editor, the following checkbox option appears: "This artifact is abstract". 'This artifact' is not needed as the context is known. The label is also not consistent with other options.

Reproducible: Always

File->New menu items consistency patch

Updates menu item words to be more consistent. For example File->New->"new Instance Diagram..." is now File->New->"Instance Diagram..."
Classes changed:
- OpenNewContractSegmentWizardAction.java
- ArtifactGeneralInfoSection.java
- OpenNewTigerstripeInstanceDiagramWizardAction.java
- OpenNewTigerstripeDiagramWizardAction.java
