Created attachment 175512 [details] patch ClasspathDependencyEnablement.isAllowClasspathComponentDependency() option should not have to be set to "true" for supporting web lib entries that are tagged. However, this is not being honored in the SingleRootUtil check on whether classpath dependencies exist.
