Create a new Plugin Project
Continue to the Templates page
Select Template  "Plugin with a multipage editor" or another one that has a rather large description
Select some text in the description field, so that the scroller moves down.
The selection and sometimes the text is displayed incorrectly.

In one of our plugins that uses a similar FormBrowser widget we experience the same behaviour.

Bug 323937 is a better duplicate. bug 283889 did not contain a screen shot.
