I took the liberty of renaming the bug/reinterpreting the solution.
I didn't really like the way the tooltip covered up the name, and I also don't really like introducing a new concept that isn't used elsewhere in the wizards, etc.  We generally use the tooltip to show an obscured column.  

Digging a little deeper, I noticed that the second column info for the profile view was never showing up due to a bug in the way we check the viewer element.  I fixed this and then noticed we were intending to show the profile "name" in the second column and it makes more sense to me to show the profile "description" instead.

Hopefully this accomplishes your goal.  Please reopen if it doesn't.

These changes were released to HEAD for M2, but never tagged for the M2 I-builds.  Since we are already into the test pass, we will defer to M3.
