+ added ability to print "Not Performed" if the test status is "Not Performed" or test result is missing
+ added html new lines into the generated results report
+ added ability to write to a file more compatible with ms excel

patch fixing the issues

patch allows the TestPlanComplianceBlam to export directly to excel xml format (spreadsheetML?) and now also allows styles to work.
