Products shipping RTSC content need the ability to declare the RTSC targets it supports in the RTSC integration plugin. 'xdc.tools.product.IProduct' interface should provide an appropriate config parameter to enable this feature as well.

The RTSC integration in eclipse should make checks in the UI if a particular target is supported by a product and if there is no support it should put up an appropriate error in the UI.
