Build Identifier: 

In most editors (e.g. Entity form editor) there is now an extra column displayed under Attribute list.  This is most likely due to the recent changes in bug#320416.  
The extra column needs to be removed.  Please see screenshot for more details.

Added weights to artifact editor window so tables takes up 33% of screen and the rest is for editing the values selected in the tables.

Thanks Dan! I've committed your patch, but I think I'm going to keep this defect open.  Now that I see the result, I think it would be better to remove the extra column altogether.  I know this isn't what I said originally, but I thought it would look better if we simply adjusted the widths.  We'll treat this defect as a low priority item.
