When we delete a metaclass from the model, the extensions are not destroyed.

Steps to reproduce : 
	1/Import a Metaclass
	2/Create a Stereotype
	3/Create an extension between the Stereotype and the Metaclass
	4/Delete the Metaclass

	The extension is not destroyed!
