Build Identifier: 2.6.0

Dragging and dropping a parameter group C between two other parameter groups A and B should move C between A and B. Instead the parameters from group C are added to B and C is deleted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add 3 parameter groups each with one parameter
2. Drag last paramter group and drop it between the first two groups

Expected result:
Last parameter group is moved between the first two groups.

Actual result:
Last parameter groups is deleted and its content (parameters) are added to the second parameter group.
