Navigation with F3/Cmd+Click doesn't work when trying to navigate from an EXPAND statement to the corresponding DEFINE block.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import the attached projects into the workspace.
2. Open template /org.xtext.sample.library.generator/src/templates/Template.xpt
3. Try to navigate using F3 or Cmd+Click, e.g. from «EXPAND Book FOREACH this-» to «DEFINE Book FOR Book» or from «EXPAND Chapter FOREACH chapters» to «DEFINE Chapter FOR Chapter»
