Currently the IBuildContext does not contain the build kind of the currently active build (IncrementalBuild, FullBuild, CleanBuild,...). When the user calls "clean Project" without performing a new build, an IXtextBuilderParticipant requires this information, in order to remove all generated files. It would be good to have an enumeration in the IBuildContext that describes what triggered the current build.
