Creating a compact CDateTime widget as follows:

timeWidget = new CDateTime(composite, CDT.BORDER | CDT.COMPACT | CDT.TIME_MEDIUM |CDT.SPINNER);

The spinner will only change the hour, not the minutes/seconds/AM/PM?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create widget timeWidget = new CDateTime(composite, CDT.BORDER | CDT.COMPACT | CDT.TIME_MEDIUM |CDT.SPINNER)
2. Highlight anything but hour.
3. Click spinner, it will change the hour instead
