If you select our 4.0 site you can't see anything.  But if you uncheck the Group by category you can see the software.

Kim, do you think it would be enough to copy over the category child repo?

Yes, I think copying over the category child repo should work.

I've tried adding the categories repo to our 4.0 update site.

Looks like categories now show up.
