Using a recent build of 4.7.1, a consuming product discovered that the file transfer service of the z/OS agent controller was unable to transfer files to a remote z/OS machine in order to run tests. 

No files seem to appear in the target directory of the file transfer. Mike and I have discussed, and have determined it is likely related to changes made for bug 308203.
