SDK 4.0 - I20100720-2028.

1. start new workspace
2. Package Explorer > context menu > New > Untitled File
3. close editor
==> Package Explorer does not take focus and actions not retargeted to Package Explorer

Still some rough edges but the basic scenario of the active part not being switched back to the 'Package Explorer' described by comment 0 should be fixed in the next [successful] build.

Yes, it seems to have appeared in the build submission anyway.

Verified that the Package Explorer now gets focus but it's not really a help given bug 327522.
