"Remove thrown exception" should be a multi-fix so that it can be used to fix similar problems like "The declared exception Exception is not actually thrown by the method foo() from type A"

I'm not sure whether the first description is really what I need: I want to have a new line in the "Remove thrown exception..." popup:

"Fix 10 problems of same category in file"

I think this is what this bug is about and voted for it. If this is somethink different and should be a new bug, I can call a new bug.
