This enabled CTRL+F10 for views and ALT+- for stack tabs.

Ctrl+F10 still does not work for me using I20110522-2200. The system menu (Alt+-) now works but the entries have no mnemonics (filed bug 346841 for that).

Ah, yes, that's a regression for the changes for the main toolbar.  I'll fix it.
