b.  I have the rights to donate the content to Eclipse. 
c.  The content is being contributed under the EPL.

I am very happy that the JPA editor is to be contributed. I really think the community could benefit from it. I would like to mention that:

a.  I authored 100% of my part of this contribution's content while I was employed at SAP.
b.  I have the rights to donate the content to Eclipse granted by the SAP management.
c.  The content is being contributed under the EPL.
