When applying the quickfix, the imported package is added but without the version that is exported.

If you do the same import within the MANIFEST.MF editor, if the corresponding exported package is versioned, then the import will automatically pick up that version.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take an existing project with imported packages and versioned exported packages
2. Remove one of them
3. ReBuild project
4. Find the error that will trigger the Add imported package quickfix.
5. Apply the quickfix.
6. Check the results in manifest.mf file.
