Arabic wizard page

UDDI Creation wizard has 2 untranslated english strings for Arabic.

\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.jst.ws.uddiregistry\org\eclipse\jst\ws\internal\uddiregistry\UDDIRegistry.properties(17), e.g.:
PAGE_TITLE_PRIVATE_UDDI_CONFIG=Unit Test UDDI Registry Configuration

Reproduction:
File > New > Other > Web Services > Unit Test UDDI. then Next

It appears these strings were actually translated, but some English words were brought into the translation as-is.  It also affects the previous version 3.1:

Translators sometimes leave some special terms, for example, "Web Services", "Unit Test", "class", "element", etc in English. If you or someone who speaks Arabic can think of better translations, you are welcome to contribute the translations to Babel. Thanks!
