A JAXB 2.2 facet will be required for proper JAXB/MOXy support in Dali 3.0.  v2.2 is the only planned supported version as of now.

Verified in Build I-3.3.0-20101104191817

Verified when you create a new JAXB 2.2 Project, that the Platform drop down on the JAXB Facet page contains Generic JAXB 2.2  See the link to view test steps for verification.
