This DOCTYPE Declaration is wrong .You are missing SYSTEM id that should come right after public id. Your example should look like: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="no"?> <!DOCTYPE regexps PUBLIC "-//basistech.com//DTD RLP Regular Expression Config 1.0//EN" "System id here"> Reference: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms256059.aspx The system ID is optional in the grammar. http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/REC-xml-20081126/ Production [28]. Following it down to [75] of the recommendation, it is not. |
