Follow-up to bug 245670. After that fix is applied, the Java > Errors/Warnings page still performs unwanted scrolling because FormToolkit has the same problem.

I can also reproduce this problem in the Cheat Sheets view. Markus's patch is good and I have applied it to HEAD. Fixed.
