Andrew has tagged the launcher fix for 3.6.1, we should pick that up in our "long-form" 4.0 SDK build.

The current 4.1 SDK build already has this fix by virtue of being based on Eclipse 3.7.

There is nothing to do here unless there was a 4.0.1 maintenance release of some sort.
