Build Identifier: Helios

If web project involves many jars (110 jars in my project's WEB-INF/lib derectory, more than 62megabytes), opening publish dialog, starting Tomcat server will cost 100% CPU for a long time, about one minite.
There wasn't this problem before Eclipse Helios M5 JEE package, but since Helios M6 JEE package, this is a serious problem.

The Eclipse version is Helios JEE package.
