In my opinion the projects below are obsolete and could be removed (or moved to an /obsolete dir). Deleting will also help git-users, which by default get everything in the repo.

org.eclipse.riena.ui.templates.updatesite     (obsoleted by toolbox updatesite)
org.eclipse.riena.ui.tests         (we use o.e.r.tests)
org.eclipse.riena.workarea      (we use o.e.r.UI.workarea)
