I tried to open the call hierarchy view on I20100713-2016 using CTRL+3:

I'm guessing the view was previously opened in another perspective, is this correct?

I had tried CTRL+SHIFT+H and nothing had happened.  It wasn't in another perspective.  But then I tried to deliberately open it with CTRL+3
