There are two abstract base class implementations of the IRMLaunchConfigurationDynamicTab interface:

- AbstractRMLaunchConfigurationDynamicTab, which is extended by LL, PE and SLURM
- BaseRMLaunchConfigurationDynamicTab, which is extended by MPICH2, OpenMPI and PBS

These should be merged to make the tree cleaner.

This is an API change and will have to wait until 4.1.0.

This did not require an API change; I've checked in the fix to HEAD and will be adding it to 4.0.0 shortly.
