The link appears to point to 
"http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp.jsp"
(notice the "jsp.jsp" at the end)
which results in a "Page not found" error.

The following link (corrected from above) does work though:
"http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp"
