Fixed in HEAD.

Looks like Curtis forgot to release the 'org.eclipse.pde-feature'. Can you do this for the next build?

I have released the feature project.  I thought that I did not have commit rights to the feature and that Kim would have to release it.  However, I was wrong and was able to release it with no issues.
