Opening this enhancement, per my discussion with Richard...

The term Tigerstripe Plug-in Project is a bit misleading since TS plug-ins are not Eclipse plug-ins.  They're really generator plug-in and should be named as such.  This enhancement is a general placeholder to change all the references in the UI.  Another enhancement should probably be filed to track the documentation changes.
