Patch to change dots to hyphens

We currently set things like "org.eclipse.jdt.ui.PackageExplorer" as the CSS id for a widget. The problem with this is that is not valid CSS syntax which states that the name must contain letters, numbers and hyphens.

I'm attaching a patch that will convert the dots to hyphens.
