I need to connect two ports that are attached to parts that are included in a composite structure. However, when I create a part of the appropriate type (i.e., a part typed by a class that has a public port); I do not see the port appear in the composite structure. Instead, I just see the part box, with no port boxes on its border. This means that I have no means to draw a connector to a port on a part inside the composite structure.

Without this capability, structure modeling is greatly hindered.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a class with a public port
2.create a new class which has a part typed by the class created in step 1
3.note that the part is shown without its port. Therefore, I am unable to draw a connector to this port

The port needs to be dropped manually to the Attribute part (Or you can use the "Filters > Show/Hide contents" contextual menu on the part)

I close this task
